The launch heads can pan and tilt. They are made from aluminum, stainless steel, plastic and a little brass. They should last a long time. They mount on a 2×6 and that in turn is mounted on an off the shelf metal saw horse from Home Depot. The blast plates are 1/16 stainless steel and the rods will be stainless steel too. These should last a long time.
We used them for the first time September 10, 2023. I got the honors of the first launch with my upscale of the Estes Battlestar Galactica Colonial Viper on a D12-5 for a flawless flight. The club loved the pads.
