I may have pushed the limits on my 3D printer with this one. After a number of failed attempts I was able to print the tower structure for a Mercury capsule. This is at 1:52 scale designed to fit in a Centuri ST-13 body tube (Estes BT-56). It is printed with PETG. The red parts were printed with my new Creality CR-10S Pros, while the black were printed with my Monoprice MP Select Mini 3D Printer V2. The CR-10S is a much better printer, so I may reprint the black parts. The red tower is glued, but everything else is currently dry fitted. The quarter should give you some idea how small this is. The tower seems pretty tough, I’m hoping it can withstand flight.
