Printed a 3D model that is similar to the Estes Cineroc, but with digital components versus 8mm film. The Cineroc was a revolutionary product that finally put into the hands of amateurs the ability to record onboard video of their rocket flights from the rocket itself during flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did need to create my own internal camera sled and battery holder, as I didn’t use the same camera components. https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B07F7PF4W9<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 3,000 milliamp battery that came with the camera was physically too large to use, and one negative concerning this camera is the camera battery connector and the battery connector are swapped versus the standard, so I could not find a direct replacement battery. My solution was to unsolder the battery leads from the camera board and direct solder a new replacement 1,000 milliamp battery. I should still get about 2 hours recording time, plenty for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
